Kate Mulheron

Kate's work involves a process of photography, drawing, printmaking and painting, often employing multiple processes within a work. 

“My work explores issues of identity and experiences of the everyday. I’m interested it our perception of time and public and private space and how we experience our landscape. I seek to investigate notions of ephemera and memory through images of places, buildings, landscapes and decay. “

Kate was born in Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours, a Bachelor of Secondary Teaching (Visual Arts), and a Master of Fine Arts majoring in Printmedia, undertaken at Sydney College of the Arts and the Universität der Künste Berlin.  Her works have been exhibited in Australia and Europe in several group and solo exhibitions and are held in public and private collections in Australia and Europe.
